The STScI Grants Management System (STGMS) was developed for administration
of Hubble Space Telescope grants. It is a flexible, integrated software
package that allows the host institution to electronically administer
grants. Grantee institutions and individual investigators also have
secure access to the information and critical documents related
to their associated grants.
STGMS is a suite of Java applications available on a variety of
systems and can be customized for various types of grants.
